Sales Incentives Programmes

Over the years, SPORTFIVE have created, developed and delivered a number of sales incentive programmes, using corporate hospitality and experiential rewards as the core element.

SPORTFIVE work with the client to establish a tiered programme of rewards to incentive staff and reward them with a range of prizes from low value mass reward to high end, 'money can’t buy' exclusive experiences that will offer the ultimate experience.

SPORTFIVE manage the whole process, from the development of the theme and idea, through to scheme management, live staff score updates, reward distribution and event delivery.

Client Case Study - Yes Telecom

SPORTFIVE worked with Yes Telecom to create and deliver a nationwide incentive programme based around the concept of a “Live like a Premiership footballer weekend”.

The lucky winners were followed for 48 hours by “paparazzi” photographers who captured all of the weekend’s highs and lows, including a training session with the ex England Manager Graham Taylor at the training ground of Blackburn Rovers FC, and a private tour of Old Trafford where guests were photographed with the Manchester United trophies including the European Cup and the Barclays Premiership. Their newly trained skills were also put to the test with a 5-a-side challenge including guest captains and footballing legends, Luther Blissett and Clayton Blackmore.

The footballing activities were accompanied by the more social side of the footballers’ lifestyle, with dinners and drinks at Manchester’s top restaurants and bars, rubbing shoulder with the real stars of the game.

On the final day, the guests got to enjoy the real thing with VIP hospitality at The City of Manchester Stadium to watch the top players of Manchester City in action in an exciting Premiership clash. As a follow up to the whole event, and a great reminder of a fantastic weekend, each incentive winner received a personal CD of the paparazzi pictures charting the weekend.
